"Our A/C was not working. David Hughes installed a new thermostat hoping that was the problem. It was blowing hot air. It was Friday April 30,2021 at 4:00 pm when he called Terry at A&R she told him everyone was out on call but she would see what she could do. Our house temperature was 94 degrees. She called Technician Steven Fox, he had just ended his day of work. However he said he would come from Merced, Ca. to see if he could fix it. Steven was knowledgeable, taking his time to explain everything to my husband and I. He was able to fix the problem in about. 45 min. We were so thankful someone came to our rescue. Steven was polite took his time was very courteous,polite and was excellent at doing his job. He also explained A&R maintenance plan, which we plan to take out. Thank You again David Hughes, A&R Refrigeration, Terry Haze and Steven Fox. If you need Ac/Heater repair I would like to recommend A&R Refrigeration Chowchilla, Ca. 559 665-4797. "
