"Jacob Perez with A&R was a welcome surprise. I recognized him as the guy who came last time and I remember thinking then what a really great guy he was, super friendly, answered all my questions without making me feel stupid and I never got that nervous feeling in my gut about whether or not that guy really knew what he was doing. Right after we recognized each other, I felt even more confident about leaving and going to work with some dude walking around on the roof of my house, I mean who leaves the house while the repair guy is still there? I’ll tell you…people like me and probably you who get lucky enough to have local businesses owned by local people who hire awesome people like Jacob Perez. Terri, at the office was like talking to my aunt, the one you only hear from a couple times a year but you always feel the familiarity. Great people Great business Chowchilla is lucky to have them"
